In the beautiful, wild, remote mountains and beaches of Southern Crete. Excellent Vegetarian food, 5 minute walk to the sea from Yoga Rocks. Many remote beaches within walking distance. Surrounded by the phenomenal nature of Crete, Greek culture and cuisine. Music evenings with friends from around the world.
The classes include Discussions on varied topics including Shamanism and the connections to Yoga as well as active practices of Pranayama, Yoga Tai Chi/Kung Fu The practices are varied and include modifications, derivative routines and variations. Suitable for all levels of practitioners and teachers from all studies of Yoga.
Helen, Phil and team are excellent hosts for this retreat with 15 years experience (beginning in 2010) in this amazing region of Crete.

One of the most unique, extraordinary places on Earth. Swimming, kayaking, guided hikes, music, brilliant Thai cuisine, no mosquitos. Some of the rare animals and birds in the Park: Elephants, Giant hornbill, eagles, monitor lizards, Sumatran tiger, lynx, bear, deer, boar, giant anteaters, storks... Guided hikes by the amazing Dick and Beth Balsamo.
Initially created as a Retreat center by Danny, Dick and Beth Balsamo 15 years ago with our lovely Thai hosts Wan and Deijo.
