In the beautiful, wild, remote mountains and beaches of Southern Crete. Excellent Vegetarian food, 5 minute walk to the sea from Yoga Rocks. Many remote beaches within walking distance. Surrounded by the phenomenal nature of Crete, Greek culture and cuisine. Music evenings with friends from around the world.
The classes include Discussions on varied topics including Shamanism and the connections to Yoga as well as active practices of Pranayama, Yoga Tai Chi/Kung Fu The practices are varied and include modifications, derivative routines and variations. Suitable for all levels of practitioners and teachers from all studies of Yoga.
Helen, Phil and team are excellent hosts for this retreat with 15 years experience (beginning in 2010) in this amazing region of Crete.

Phu Chaisai Mountain Lodge is on a remote, quiet mountain top in the Chiang Rai region in northern Thailand. It is designed by one of the Princesses of the Thai Royal Family who is also an architect.. This is a beautiful region of Thailand near the Burmeses and Laotian Borders and the old historical town of Chiang Saen. (45 minutes by car) It is a forested area of lakes, rivers, caves and temples.
The restaurant is excellent and all the rooms are beautifully designed and have private balconies overlooking the forests and mountains of the region. In February the weather is cool in the mornings and evenings.
Phu Chaisai Mountain Lodge is 45 minutes by car from the Chiang Rai Airport. Chiang Rai is a one hour flight from BangKok.
